Rules and conditions of service

The ATAP fleet is insured by R.C./ Trasportatori for a maximum of € 25,000,000
This enables ATAP to guarantee the highest standards, not just to passengers, but also to those organising trips, and in their choice of vehicle.

If an agreed rental time or distance is exceeded, the rental cost must be recalculated.
Distance is calculated from the deposit – to the place of departure and viceversa; motorway tolls are included in the price.
For trips of one night or more, accommodation and meals for the driver must be paid for by the client.
Any damaged incurred by passengers will be added to the final bill.
Cost estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be confirmed in writing.
ATAP will reserve a coach and a driver only after receiving official confirmation.
When official confirmation has been received, we ask you to send us all invoice details as soon as possible (Name, Surname or Company, address, VAT number)
A reservation will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of a signed copy of the agreement which stipulates clearly the time and the mileage requirements.
Any reservation cancelled after this will be subject to a cancellation fee of €78. If the booking is cancelled on the day of service, there is a cancellation fee of € 130 plus the cost/ mileage of the planned trip.

SERVICE NOTE: The service will be cancelled in exceptional circumstances (strikes, natural disasters etc.)
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: Cash payments may not be made directly to the driver (payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at the ATAP head office in Biella, Viale Macallè 40 and in Vercelli in Via Gastaldi 16)
