{"id":24,"date":"2014-07-15T16:15:28","date_gmt":"2014-07-15T16:15:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.atapspa.it\/?page_id=24"},"modified":"2022-07-27T14:35:52","modified_gmt":"2022-07-27T13:35:52","slug":"la-storia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/atapspa.it\/en\/la-storia\/","title":{"rendered":"La Storia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<strong>The history of ATAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A.T.A.P. s.p.a. was founded on the 20th September 1986 by the Province of Vercelli (at that time it included the the territory of both Biella and Vercelli). 105 towns, 4 mountain communities; by the 31st December 2011 the shareholders were: The Province of Biella, the Province of Vercelli, 116 towns and 5 mountain communities.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this, from 1977, rural transport services were provided by the Province of Vercelli, which were taken over from a private company A.T.A (who provided public transport services for rail and bus since the 50\u2019s) who found themselves in financial and organisational difficulties.<br \/>\nIn 1980 the provincial transport management took over the urban and suburban routes for the town of Vercelli, which were part of the companies SAACV and ASALAV.<\/p>\n<p>Today, ATAP is the main public transport carrier in the provinces of Biella and Vercelli, runs the funicular services in the city of Biella, runs a bus rental service and is also part of the \u201cExtra-TO\u201d consortium.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, ATAP has integrated a business management system whose efficiency is endorsed by the following certifications:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">2000: ATAP was one of the first transport companies to acquire a certification of quality &#8211; UNI EN ISO 9002, subsequently updated to UNI ENI ISO 9001;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">2008: the company achieved \u201cenvironmental\u201d certification\u201d UNI ENI ISO 14001;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">the safety certification BH OHSAS 18001.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Achieving these certifications ensures all ATAP users a high standard of quality, environmental sustainability and safety.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The history of ATAP A.T.A.P. s.p.a. was founded&nbsp;&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":37,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-24","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
