{"id":167,"date":"2014-07-21T14:22:35","date_gmt":"2014-07-21T14:22:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.atapspa.it\/?page_id=167"},"modified":"2024-09-10T11:12:04","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T10:12:04","slug":"regolamento-del-servizio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/atapspa.it\/en\/regolamento-del-servizio\/","title":{"rendered":"Regolamento del servizio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<strong>Rules and conditions of service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ATAP fleet is insured by R.C.\/ Trasportatori for a maximum of \u20ac 25,000,000<br \/>\nThis enables ATAP to guarantee the highest standards, not just to passengers, but also to those organising trips, and in their choice of vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>If an agreed rental time or distance is exceeded, the rental cost must be recalculated.<br \/>\nDistance is calculated from the deposit &#8211; to the place of departure and viceversa; motorway tolls are included in the price.<br \/>\nFor trips of one night or more, accommodation and meals for the driver must be paid for by the client.<br \/>\nAny damaged incurred by passengers will be added to the final bill.<br \/>\nCost estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be confirmed in writing.<br \/>\nATAP will reserve a coach and a driver only after receiving official confirmation.<br \/>\nWhen official confirmation has been received, we ask you to send us all invoice details as soon as possible (Name, Surname or Company, address, VAT number)<br \/>\nA reservation will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of a signed copy of the agreement which stipulates clearly the time and the mileage requirements.<br \/>\nAny reservation cancelled after this will be subject to a cancellation fee of \u20ac78.
